Throughout the years I have raised seed funding, startup funding and growth funding from structured and unstructur­ed sources. One thing I have learned is that everyone has different requests for Due Dilligence­. What is important to a Venture Capitalist may not be important to an Angel Investor or a Strategic Investor and individual­s are in an entirely different category. Anyone entreprene­ur looking for funding should be prepared to show everything they have about their business and in many cases, about themselves personally also.
